COVID-19 UPDATE

ENHANCED CLEANING:
We have enhanced our cleaning practices to comply with the BC Minister of Health to help you feel safe, comfortable and ready to stay at one of our properties.

• 48 hours in between guest departures and new guest arrivals
• All units are professionally cleaned
• ALL laundry including towels, linens/duvet covers are sent to a professional
laundry company after each guest stay
• Extra cleaning in place which includes disinfecting high contact surface areas throughout
• Self check-in & Private entrances at all of our properties

Flexible Cancellation Policy for bookings up to 1.Nov.2021
To secure your booking we process a 25% payment if booking directly through our website on the day you book (if you are booking through a third party site please check their payment policy). The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.  If for any reason you need to cancel, we will refund your booking deposit less a 5% transaction fee up to 14 days prior to your arrival. The Booking is non refundable inside 14 days of arrival.

BC Travel Restrictions due to COVID-19

If a *Travel Ban is put in place and you are unable to travel after final payment has been made (inside the 14 days of arrival), we are happy to apply a 100% credit towards a future stay in any of our properties within a 12 month period (subject to availability). Or we can offer you a full refund less the 5% transaction fee.

Cancellation Policy for bookings 2.Nov.2021 – 30.April.2022

We process a 25% payment if booking directly through our website on the day you book (if you are booking through a third party site please check their payment policy) which is NON refundable. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  No refunds within 30 days of arrival unless there is a *Travel Ban in place. 

*Travel Ban is a government imposed restriction meaning you are prohibited from traveling to Whistler, B.C.
