laundry company after each guest stay
• Extra cleaning in place which includes disinfecting high contact surface areas throughout
• Self check-in & Private entrances at all of our properties

Flexible 14 DAY Cancellation Policy for bookings up to 1.Nov.2021
To secure your booking we process a 25% payment on the day you book. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. If for any reason you need to cancel, we will refund your booking deposit less a 5% transaction fee up to 14 days prior to your arrival. The Booking is non refundable inside 14 days of arrival.

BC Travel Restrictions due to COVID-19.
If a travel ban is put in place and you are unable to travel after final payment has been made (inside the 14 days of arrival), we are happy to apply a 100% credit towards a future stay in any of our properties within a 12 month period (subject to availability).
Or we can offer you a full refund less the 5% transaction fee.

Cancellation Policy for bookings 2.Nov.2021 – 30.April.2022
We process a 25% payment upon booking which is NON refundable.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds within 30 days of arrival unless there is a Travel Ban in place, in which case we offer:-

  1. 100% credit towards a future stay in any one of our properties within a 12 month period (subject to availability).
  2. A full refund less a 5% transaction fee
    Travel Ban is a government imposed restriction meaning you are prohibited from traveling to Whistler, B.C.

*Save 15% for 4-5 night stays
*Save 20% for 6-9 nights stays
*Save 25% for 10-13 nights stays
*Save 30% for 14 nights+ stays
*Applicable February 1 to April 30, 2021
