WHISTER BREAKS BOOKING & RENTAL POLICIES


These policies are firm and required your active acceptance when you made the reservation through Whistler Breaks. Please read them carefully, and contact us if you have any questions or concerns about them.


Smoking

Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our properties. If you do wish to smoke outside, please ensure that you use an ashtray and dispose of the cigarette stubs safely and accordingly.


Damage Deposit

This will be refunded to you 7 days after departure once the cleaning/inspection has taken place as long as everything in the unit is as it was prior to your arrival ie no damages, missing items.


Limit of Liability

We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property. Whistler Breaks acts as an agent for property owners and accepts no liability on their behalf.


Housekeeping

The property will be cleaned ready for your arrival and immediately after departure. Additional cleaning may be scheduled, however please note that this is at the request and expense of the staying guest.


Parking

All of our units offer one free dedicated parking space. Please refer to the check-in instructions for additional vehicles. 

Wifi & Internet Access

All our units offer FREE Wifi Internet Access. Username & Passwords will be provided within the check-in details.


Property Damage

Guests assume all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by themselves or their guests. Costs for additional cleaning and repairs will be charged to your damage deposit. By booking and accepting our rental policy, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur, including fines for improper garbage disposal.


Pets

No pets are allowed within any of our rental properties. Excessive Noise & Unruly Behaviour Our units are located in quiet and peaceful neighbourhoods, please be aware that excessive noise will not be tolerated and will result in eviction. Please note that we (Whistler Breaks) or the building/strata manager reserve the right to evict any guest who displays behaviour which results in damage to the property or is disruptive to other guests.


Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Balance of payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 59 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable


Unavailability of Property

In the event the Property is not available for use during the Rental Term due to reasons, events or circumstances beyond the control of Whistler Breaks (Rental Agent). Whistler Breaks (Rental Agent) will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals or exceeds the Property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets the reasonable satisfaction of the Guest. If such replacement property cannot be found and made available, Whistler Breaks shall immediately return all payments made by the Guest, whereupon this Agreement shall be terminated and Guest and Whistler Breaks shall have no further obligations or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this Agreement.

 

To protect wildlife within Whistler please DO NOT leave any garbage outside.
